Refund & Returns Policy<\/h2>

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
Please read our Refund & Returns Policy carefully.<\/p>

1. Eligibility for Returns<\/h3>

To be eligible for a return:<\/p>

  • Items must be unused, unworn and undamaged.<\/li>
  • Items must be in their original packaging.<\/li>
  • The return must be initiated within 15 days of delivery.<\/li><\/ul>

    2. Non-Returnable Items<\/h3>

    Returns are not accepted for:<\/p>

    • Custom-made or personalised items<\/li>
    • Final sale items<\/li>
    • Gift cards<\/li><\/ul>

      3. Return Process<\/h3>

      To initiate a return:<\/p>

      • Email us at support@tourcruiser.com with your order number.<\/li>
      • Wait for return approval and return instructions.<\/li>
      • Send the item back to the address provided by us.<\/li><\/ul>

        Important:<\/p>

        • Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.<\/li>
        • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or defective.<\/li><\/ul>

          4. Damaged or Defective Items<\/h3>

          If your item arrives damaged or defective:<\/p>

          • Take photos of the item and packaging.<\/li>
          • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.<\/li>
          • We will send a replacement or issue a refund.<\/li><\/ul>

            There are no return shipping fees for defective items.<\/p>

            5. Refunds<\/h3>

            Once your return has been received and inspected:<\/p>

            • We will notify you by email of approval or rejection.<\/li>
            • If approved, the refund will be processed within 3\u20137 working days to your original payment method.<\/li><\/ul>

              Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was on our part.<\/p>

              6. Exchanges<\/h3>

              We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.<\/p>

              7. Late or Missing Refunds<\/h3>

              If you have not yet received your refund:<\/p>

              • Check your bank account.<\/li>
              • Contact your card provider.<\/li>
              • Contact your payment provider.<\/li>
              • If the issue persists, email us at support@tourcruiser.com.<\/li><\/ul>

                8. Order Cancellation<\/h3>

                You may cancel your order within 2 hours of purchase.
                Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.<\/p>
