We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
Please read our Refund & Returns Policy carefully.
1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, unworn and undamaged.
- Items must be in their original packaging.
- The return must be initiated within 15 days of delivery.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Returns are not accepted for:
- Custom-made or personalised items
- Final sale items
- Gift cards
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Email us at [email protected] with your order number.
- Wait for return approval and return instructions.
- Send the item back to the address provided by us.
Important:
- Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or defective.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective:
- Take photos of the item and packaging.
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- We will send a replacement or issue a refund.
There are no return shipping fees for defective items.
5. Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected:
- We will notify you by email of approval or rejection.
- If approved, the refund will be processed within 3–7 working days to your original payment method.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was on our part.
6. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not yet received your refund:
- Check your bank account.
- Contact your card provider.
- Contact your payment provider.
- If the issue persists, email us at [email protected].
8. Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order within 2 hours of purchase.
Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.
