Cancellation or Changes to Your Order

We understand that plans can change. On this page, you will find information on how to cancel or modify your order. Please read the following information carefully, as our ability to make changes depends on the status of your order.
1. Cancelling Your Order
You may request a cancellation within 2 hours of placing your order, provided that it has not yet been processed or shipped.

If your order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
In this case, you may use our Return & Refund Policy after receiving the package.
2. Changing Your Order
You may request the following changes:
- Update of the delivery address
- Change of product variant (colour, size, style)
- Adjustment of customer details
- Change of order quantity
Changes are only possible within 12 hours of placing the order, before processing begins.

3. Incorrect Delivery Address
If you have provided an incorrect address:
- Contact us immediately
- Address changes are only possible if the order has not yet been shipped
TOURCRUISER PTE. LTD accepts no responsibility for lost shipments due to an incorrectly provided address by the customer.
4. Order Already Shipped
If your order has already been shipped:
- Cancellation or modification is no longer possible
- You may return the item after receipt in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
